booking & cancellation policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit of the total service value when booking through our online platform. This deposit is non-refundable and will be fully applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
 
We cannot accept messages left on days the salon is closed (Sunday and Monday) or on public holidays as sufficient notice, as this does not allow us enough time to re-book your slot.
 
As a small, dedicated boutique business, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalised services. When clients cancel last minute or fail to attend their appointments, it creates gaps in our schedule and affects our small, hardworking team.
 
Unfortunately, without prior notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your reserved time slot. This significantly affects our small business, as we rely on booked appointments to manage costs – especially staff wages.
 
Rescheduling or cancelling appointments:
 
Outside of 48 Hours Notice

✔ You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

✔ Your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
 
Less than 48 Hours Notice
✘ Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

✘ A new deposit will be required to secure your next booking.
 
No-Shows

✘ If you do not attend your appointment and provide no notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

✘ You will be required to pay the full cost of the missed appointment before rebooking.
