To book your appointment at Gaia please get in touch and provide a few different time slots that work for you – we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

To increase your chances of getting the perfect appointment time for you, we recommend reaching out to us as early as possible to secure your spot!

The amount of time you’ll spend in our gorgeous salon will depend on the services you have done! If you’ve got a deadline, contact Gaia to talk to our stylists.

To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit of the total service value when booking through our online platform. This deposit is non-refundable and will be fully applied to your service on the day of your appointment.

Please note that some colouring and colour correction services will require a deposit, our stylists will let you know if this applies to your appointment at the time of booking.

We love for you to bring any photos you have of how you’d like your hair to look, as well some information on your current hair care routine and the products you’re using at home. This will provide us with a comprehensive understanding of where you’re at and where you want to go, so we can create hair that looks good and feels great!

For your first visit, we appreciate it if you can provide an in-depth colour history of your hair, so we can make sure we’re protecting those strands!

We want you to have the best experience at Gaia Studio! For your appointment, we recommend wearing something comfortable and not too precious. While our team takes great care during colour services, accidents can happen. Please be aware that Gaia Studio cannot take responsibility for any clothing that gets damaged as a result of colour services. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to giving you a beautiful new look!
 

The truth is, most of our guests need some wind-down time prior to their service to receive the full breadth of Gaia’s healing benefits. So try to arrive around 5-10 minutes early so that you have time to settle and truly relax and enjoy your appointment!

The best place to park is under Coles and then walk over to Gaia.

You will receive a confirmation email about your appointment as soon as you’re booked in! We suggest you add it into your calendar right away, but we know how crazy life can be, so we will also send you an SMS reminder a couple of days before your appointment. You can thank us later. 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit of the total service value when booking through our online platform. This deposit is non-refundable and will be fully applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
 
We cannot accept messages left on days the salon is closed (Sunday and Monday) or on public holidays as sufficient notice, as this does not allow us enough time to re-book your slot.
 
As a small, dedicated boutique business, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalised services. When clients cancel last minute or fail to attend their appointments, it creates gaps in our schedule and affects our small, hardworking team.
 
Rescheduling or cancelling appointments:
We require 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. If you cancel within this notice period, your deposit will be retained and applied to your rescheduled appointment.
 
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided or you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
 
Missed appointments can only be rescheduled with a new deposit of the full service cost. 
 

ARRIVAL TIME

Arriving on time is a perfect time to arrive for your appointment at Gaia Studio. We hope you understand and respect our deposit and cancellation policy. 

Our colour appointments tend to be for a few hours long. We want you to be able to truly relax and enjoy every second, which is why we encourage carers to avoid bringing their young ones where possible. 

Our salon isn’t the safest place for children to be running around, however we do have space to accommodate young bubs in prams if needed. 

If you are struggling to find alternative care arrangements for your children during your appointment, please call ahead so we can make arrangements to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

At Gaia we will gladly do whatever we can to accommodate you, so please email or call the salon if you have any requirements or questions! 

We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our guests, so we are more than happy to make special arrangements when needed.

Here at Gaia we understand that sometimes your new hair doesn’t quite look the way you’d imagined – it’s okay! We have a two week adjustment policy, so if you’re unhappy with your service please get in touch with us within 14 days of your visit and we’ll work something out with you!
